BIBLIOTECH CHALLENGE

National technology competition
for children and young people

Competitions and technological challenges are excellent ways to motivate children and young people to showcase their skills and create innovative ideas. The BiblioTech Challenge 4.0 is a national technology competition for children and youth, aimed at encouraging them to develop technological and innovative ideas on issues that affect them, their peers, or their community, while preparing them for the future job market through the development of digital skills and online safety knowledge.

This competition is organized within the framework of the BiblioTech – EU4SocialCare project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, UNICEF, World Vision, the Municipality of Pogradec, and ASDO.

The competition aims to include children and young people aged 10–18, who will engage in brainstorming, creating, and developing technological and innovative concepts through an enjoyable, educational, and challenging process.

Applicants will benefit from a structured five-day mentoring program, during which they will be guided and encouraged to bring their ideas to life.

During these exciting five days, children and young people will be at the heart of the action, conceptualizing technological solutions, gaining confidence, expanding their knowledge, and developing learning habits and teamwork skills.
